Solution

After working closely with them to define their target audience, value proposition and business development strategy, we built a content calendar and deployed communications outreach on all fronts -both physical and digital utilizing their existing marketing tools and implementing new ones.

Results

Outside of delivering new clients and leads, overall views of marketing content on their website increased by 71% with pages per session up 110%, session duration up 178%, and bounce rate down 28%. Conversion rate of new users visiting contact capture pages climbed to 9%.

Over the course of 34 email campaigns, we achieved averages of 32% open rates, 3.7% click rates, and an unsubscribe rate of only 0.5%. From a positioning stand-point, thought leadership content outperformed all other content, and from it, 9 guest-speaking opportunities became available.
